You have learnt skills that will help protect your mental health and emotional resilience.
Life may not be perfect, but you have all the resources you need within to do what you want and be who you want to be. You also now have a few new skills to help you.
My door is always open but in the nicest possible way, unless you are seeking personal therapy for ongoing routine mind maintenance, I don’t want to see you again! But I certainly hope to hear plenty about your successes and achievements.
