This is a warm and wonderful hypnotic recording that will help you unwind, and release anxieties and worries that are making you feel restless and unhappy. It is a lovely way to exercise your creative mind and begin to work in that mind space to begin to re-programme negative thinking and practice accessing those delta waves to create a more resilient, hopeful, and optimistic mindset.
You will need to find 40 minutes of alone time to give to this recording. Find a suitable time and space where you will be comfortable and undisturbed. This is not a professional standard recording, simply a recording made using my limited technology at home. You may get greater benefit by using headphones or you can download the recording to your own device.
