Self-hypnosis :

Arguably all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and is definitely a skill that can be worked on and developed. If you have some time and a quiet place where you can comfortably relax for 30 minutes, please click on my complimentary recording below.

If you follow my suggestions you will experience a sense of total relaxation and come out of the session feeling refreshed and as though you have been away, quite out of time and space, for a little while. 

This recording is for pure enjoyment and practice but you will benefit from the session and get more and more skilful each time you repeat the exercise. 

To get the most out of the recording, try to ensure that you are in a comfortable place, where you will not be disturbed for at least half an hour. Approach the exercise with a sense of positive surrender. There is no correct way only your way to explore and begin to play with the possibilities of your imagination. My voice is simply a guide to help get you into a state of altered focus where you can begin to work with your mind. 

You might want to have a notebook and pen nearby, so that you can jot down your immediate thoughts after the session ends to see how your perception of what is happening changes as you continue to practice and build upon your skills.
