Inner Calm

If you struggle with panic attacks or suffer from anxiety that stops you from doing what you want in life, you might benefit from listening to this recording regularly and over a period of time.  Although my voice is your guide, as always, it is your brilliant mind doing the work.

You will need to find 35 minutes of alone time to give to this recording.  Find a suitable time and space where you will be comfortable and undisturbed.

This is not a professional standard recording, simply a recording made using my limited technology at home.  There may be a little background noise, I may trip over a word but it is a gift from me to you and if you follow my voice you can begin the journey of accessing your own power and ability to make lasting change. 

It does not replace personal therapy but it is a great place to do some growth work at home.
