My Mission

To help as many people as I can in their pursuit of mental wellbeing and happiness. Be that informally through the knowledge and self-help information I share or more formally through a bespoke and dedicated therapeutic relationship.

Self-help through connecting with voluntary groups, reading or online research can provide the break-throughs that people seek to enhance their lives and resolve any issues that prevent living life to its fullest. I hope my web pages provide a source of information and signposting for all interested in transformational work.

Formal therapy provides an in-depth alliance where solutions are tailored and specific rather than generic. To ensure you are seen, heard and valued so you are best placed to make the changes you desire.

Whether you are seeking the former or the latter, or a mixture of the two, I trust you will find all that I share, helpful and reassuring. I am here to help.

The Therapeutic Relationship

It is a relationship formed within a confidential, comfortable, and non-judgemental space and the therapist is key to providing that space.

My Core Values

In order to achieve the very best for my clients and to ensure that the therapeutic relationship we forge is kept to its optimum potential, I have made a deep commitment to working within the values of:
